Question by Star: Image of Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte (I believe)?
I came across a picture from I feel a yahoo report of Michael Phelps and yet another swimmer (I think Ryan Lochte) from a photoshoot of some sort. It was sort of dark and they had been both in black speedos. Does any person know exactly where this picture is?
