Question by George: Michael Phelps controversy a set up for ratings?
The other guy slowed down at the end and Michael, who everybody desired to win, won the race out of nowhere is somewhat suspicious. This produced controversy, therefore much more viewers, ad therefore far better television ratings. Do YOU think it was a set up and the other guy was asked to take the fall?
