A single of my coaching clients is struggling simply because she feels angry and resentful about a perceived injustice. Her tribunal of friends all agree: she was wronged. When in the midst of a conflict it can be difficult but beneficial to inquire yourself this query: Do I want to be right or do I want to be pleased?
When you want to be pleased, or at least peaceful, you do not have to wait for the transgressor to "get it" and make amends. You can basically choose to be content, or at least
