Ok, so I'm studying GQ magazine's Men of the Year edition and the photo of Michael Phelps exhibits his Olympic ring tattoo and right after the post failed to mentioned anything at all about it, I researched a tiny on the internet. I found he has one more one of the Michigan "M" - what I am perplexed about is WHY are they each on his abdomen right below his speedo line? It just seems like a girly location to place them.
